Can you believe the members of Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Queensland Government took this only ever piece of evidence ever supplied 5 mths after the carpenter used his lawyers prior to black mail us in to signing a variation agreement pay another $42,660 & increase time to build,or we will terminate with no facts only hear say.These accusations were we had damaged the piers. The carpenter was able to convince the members with his own photos & doctored string line to get an appeal against the 1st decision which proved he did not legally terminate the contract. The appeal members over tuned the 1st decision to say he in fact now he legally terminated. I will show you a shorten vision of our own forensic structural engineer report when he had already submitted a 21 page fully in depth with photographs. NJA report shows that this unqualified letter below by ENG is not worth the paper its written on, if you view who signed the letter against the highly qualified qualifications of our NJA report you will clearly see we have been fobbed off for having facts & evidence that was never taken into consideration, or in fact ever looked at by the so called members who played wanna be judges.
