Take a look at how to do a Congdon Curl. 1st video: Standard- Either position yourself with feet shoulder width apart, or stacked one foot in front of the other. Pick a weight thats slightly challenging (your last 3 reps you should struggle with). To start, grip the weights at your sides with palms facing away from you. Bring them up in a regular curl motion, then turn your palms towards each other to hammer curl down. Repeat. 2nd video: Modified- Same starting position, just make sure you are standing securely on your band. To start, curl your first rep up, and curl down. Switch so that your palms are facing away, and curl up, and curl down.
