The VPD Major Crimes Unit is investigating an Attempted Homicide that occurred on January 17, 2015 at approximately 11:00 p.m., at the south end of Seaward Ave. that dead-ends at the beach. The victim sustained burns over nearly 40% of his body and is currently being treated at a burn center. VPD Major Crimes Detectives would like to speak to the two males and one female seen in these photos. The individuals may have witnessed this crime.
