Can you help this reader? "My husband just heard from his brother who is normally full of energy, he competed in the ironman a few years back...but recently has had no energy, sleeping 12 hours a day, has bleeding in his stomach and can only handle a very bland diet, such as bananas and he has oatmeal with chia in the morning.. He asked for some recommendations for smoothies or juices. Looking for some advice from all of you smart folks....thank you all very much in advance."
