If it is built, it will create enormous new demand for fracking. We are sending the attached letter to Governor O’Malley of Maryland, asking him to oppose the facility. The letter will launch a larger coalition effort, kicking off Sept. 17th. We are seeking ORGANIZATIONAL signatories from throughout the nation.
