Can you imagine fighting in a war and then to look over your shoulder and your fellow soldiers are gone? You can have the most elite and trained team but if they are not found during battle, their training and ability is all in vain! Can I tell you that we are in a spiritual war in this day! You can have the greatest anointing, abilities, talents, and gifts….But if you are not dependable in battle what good are it? The Kingdom of God is NOT lacking in talents and such, but what are really needed are those who will be DEPENDABLE! Can you imagine being shot at or surrounded by the enemy only to find that the one stationed to watch your back or side was nowhere to be found that day? Many today have the same attitude as Cain gave God about being dependable and responsible to others…Cain said “Am I my Brother’s Keeper?” Responsibility and dependability is very important to God…so much so that He told Ezekiel that He would give account of the blood of others if he failed to do his part! I want to encourage each that reads this to think about the fact that regardless of your call or talent…..THE GREATEST ABILITY NEEDED IS DEPENDABILTY!
