Can you p post please and ask if anyone changed electricity and gas supplier over to utilitarian recently and having problems with? We recently changed and keep experiencing problems as money doesnt go on keep have to phone up takes long time to sort problem out dont pay my money back for top ups I make and doesnt transfer to meter, unfriendly customer service, put fine down on me, and now I put £10 on my card last evening put it on metre which said £10 credit £10 as balance which has gone by this morning and when I phone up actually they say Im MINUS 11.36 as used up my £10 top up and my emergency credit and also went over it when I ask to tell me how could it heppen that from 6pm last night till 10 this morning it has been used up they just say they dont know my usage. It is not possible to use that much and they keep coming up with explanations like Probably I have been on emergency, probably I have a gas cooker which I used.... (Yes for what shall I use it all night and how could it cost that much) they cant explains and dont give my money back. Which over £30 now. And I have two kids at home under 3. Keep staying with off supplies and spend ages on phone outside in front of Meter to phone them and get supplies back and get my money transfered to my mater.
