Can you really train yourself to crave healthier foods? We do know that once a pattern of eating unhealthy is established it can be difficult to change those eating habits. This new study shows that eating a diet higher in fibre and protein but lower in carbohydrates, whilst not allowing yourself to get too hungry, is key to re-training yourself to eat better. Anyone found themselves craving healthier foods since a change in diet?
