Can you think of the profound ways that you have been BLESSED, or ways you have been GIVEN A GIFT that added something to your life?........A person; an experience; a health condition; a disability; an ability; a relationship; a situation; a powerful feeling-state; an accomplishment.........anything...........What have you been GIVEN (today, lately or over your lifetime), that you can say WOW, and THANK YOU for?..........I close my eyes in this moment, and say: Thank you, life, thank you. I am experiencing everything about life; I am loving; I am learning...I am gaining; I am losing; I am feeling everything; I am being human. All of it is beautiful. Thank you. -Deb
