Canadian GP at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve was exciting from the start with a crash between two Marussia and battle for every point worthy position available. Jules Bianchi over-steered and crashed badly in Turn 4 in Lap 1 along with his teammate Max Chilton one corner ahead which brought out the Safety Car till Lap 8. In the end phase of the race there were 5 drivers battling for the podium and 3 others were fighting for P6. Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton started their team battle as usual seen in the past races for Mercedes 1-2, but this time luck didnt favor both of them. The race turned in to boring when Mercedes drivers chasing each other and made huge gap between the next driver. Mercedes was in the lead for half a race and then came the disaster for Lewis Hamilton as his rear brake failed due to over load. Nico Rosberg was also facing the same issue but was lucky to finish the race. Daniel Ricciardo, The Happy Aussie finally won a race after rival Mercedes drivers had braking issue with their car. Becoming 4th Australian and 105th as F1 driver to win a race. Sebastian Vettel also made it to the podium after a long time. Seems Renault made some progression with the latest controversial power unit upgrade with Toro Rosso. Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen just had another troubled weekend after bad Qualifying result beaten by Williams but somehow managed some points for Scuderia Ferrari. Williams drivers were faster than Red Bull Racing in the start but luck didnt match up at the end for Felipe Massa as he crashed in to Sergio Perez who once hoped for a podium and ruined both of their race result in the final lap. Felipe Massa lost some grip and ended up banging Sergio Perez in DRS Zone 1 which almost took Sebastian Vettel out of the race too. Safety Car came out again and the race was end at the moment. Jean-Eric Vergne did finish in his starting position P8. Jules Bianchi and Max Chilton retired after an Accident in Lap 1. Marcus Ericsson and Pastor Maldonado retired because of Engine problem in Lap 7 and 21. Kamui Kobayashi retired for Suspension damage in Lap 23. Lewis Hamilton retired for Brake failure in Lap 46. Daniil Kvyat retired for Mechanical problem in Lap 47. Romain Grosjean retired for Rear Wing damage in Lap 59. Esteban Gutierrez retired for ERS issue. Felipe Massa and Sergio Perez retired after an Accident in Lap 70.
