Canberra press gallery journalist Jeremy Geia has walked away from his job, given up his passport and belongings and reverted to his tribal name, Murrumu Walubara Yidindji... he’s not declaring war on Britain and Australia, “just peacefully going back to my original law”............... I do ask his age, and he says: “I have been here since the beginning of time. My body has information that is tens of thousands of years old.” I get (most of) it, I deeply respect it and fully support it.
