Cancelled my interview at REI and am passing up a job at the co-op now too... Because.... *drum roll* I GOT A JOB AT A PRESCHOOL! Im working full time with toddlers and preschoolers to facilitate dance workshops and guided meditations, as well as take care of all the other needs throughout the day. The program there really needs more kinesthetic work done with the kids and each employee basically has a niche they teach - and my past DANCE EXPERIENCE AT EVERGREEN was just the ticket. So Evergreen, and so my fellow dancers, I did it! I brought my two favorite things that Ive thrown my heart and soul into together (child care + dance) - and now the world is going to pay me to dance and play with and nourish these tiny little humans ^__^ Go life.
