Cancer is such an awful disease... So so many wonderful people are affected by it on a day-to-day basis. There are no shields to protect anyone and it knows no stranger. I have seen this first hand with the loss of one of my Dear Friends, Danny Allen, a fierce battle by one of my dear friends, Wade Flowers and now with my own parents who both are fighting daily to function as normally as possible while taking chemo and spending weeks in the hospital... I am sure that each and every person reading has similar stories of how lives have been affected. No one knows who will be next, it may be me or someone else I love or it may be any one of my many Facebook friends or their families. It is up to all of us to stand courageous and battle against this horrible disease.. I want to encourage and invite each and every one of you to come out on Friday night to Veterans Park in support of Relay for Life Cumberland County. Thanks for reading and God Bless...
