Researchers at The University Hospital in Madrid, Spain, and the Institute of Microbiology in Zurich, Switzerland have linked Candida albicans with the onset of multiple sclerosis. In 2010, researchers headed by J. Benito-Leon found increased odds of Candida infections in MS patients. In 2012 researchers headed by Christina E.
