Candidates that were offered provisional admission (see admission list here) for the 2014/2015 session are required to pay their acceptance fees in order to confirm that they have indeed accepted the offer of admission by the school in order to proceed with the registration into the new session. Candidates are to note that the school resumption date is now DECEMBER 12 2014. Newly admitted fellows are to pay the sum of N25,000 as their acceptance fee. Candidates are to bring the following to the school for registration as soon as they find their names on the list: FUOYE Admission 2014/2015 Registration Requirements 1. Birth Certificate 2. LGA Certificate 3. Jamb Admission Letter and school Admission Letter 4. Affidavit of Good Conduct. 5. Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cults. 6. Guarantor’s Letter 7. 2 Attestation Letters ( One from Parent, another from a reputable personality i.e Lawyer, Pastor) 8. Medical Certificate of Fitness (Optional) 9. Rejection Letter (For those who have problems with Jamb site, who got admission into FUOYE but are seeing other school’s name on their jamb site. 10. Bring a lot of money to avoid being stranded in case of emergency or maybe your documents are inappropriate and you need to fix them fast. 11. You are advised to buy O’level scratch cards (i.e WAEC, NECO, NABTEB etc) for verification of your results.
