Candles lit for the Victims at Jewish Community Center. God Bless you guys. Violence and weaponry are NOT the answer. Pain just gives more pain. All I can ask for is mercy. Are there times when I have had negative thoughts about other people? Yes. Has my temper gotten me from time to time? Against my better aspirations, Yes. My only defense is that Ive tried to protect those who were being cruelly treated. But it is never right to just out and out murder someone, for ANY reason. Even if we are so unfortunate to enter into more, or continuous war, there are those moments when a human looks into another humans eyes, one with a trigger another with a prayer, do not murder. If you are reading this from the end of my fingers to your brain, you, who have that dark shade of pain and anger and have that twinge of violence, no. Do not murder. We have so much as humans we need to do on this good ol earth. And it IS good, inherently. It exists and we exist, we are of it and from it. Not that we need to just escape Earth, but there are realms of glory we need to get to, in the living world. We have water to mine, aliens to meet, other Earths to visit. I want those who come after me, to have a chance to explore space with bodies equipped to do just that. We need to eat 3dprinted steaks that had no suffering animals behind them, and we need to help save the worlds food supply. We need to push for cleaner air and uncontaminated water. We need to Save the Elephants, Find cures for Cancer, ALS, Heart Disease, Parkinsons Disease, Scleroderma and so many others, because at some point we will be able to clean our cells and keep our humanity. We ALL have desires of what we want to do with this Earth. Some people cannot stand what other people are doing to other people in the name of some cause, but that is not reason to murder and end a life. We have a respected manner that we act upon to bring about some justice. It is slow. It is infuriating, but it ensures that we can air our grievances without resorting to killing someone, or a group of people. You are not a judge and jury and neither am I. And look at the results of this... People killed make focal points of belief. It is the ultimate losing an argument because no one will believe you anymore. If you have any type of cause, passion, emotional bent, your affecting any other persons warrantless demise is you losing. Keep your wits about you. Seek help with your emotions and your beliefs. Work through your anger. Manage that pain. For those of you who are not in this world of torture, be mindful. Be Merciful. We are disdainfully small creatures in the midst of all we know and believe. There are vast stretches of reality we can no more comprehend than dream, regardless of how many Doctor Who episodes we watch. Our minds are made of the same stuff our planet and solar system, galaxy and universe are made of, just with a twist of this and a dash of that... but we are dust, we are in our collective knowledge of space, smaller than atoms are small to us. Im saying we are delicate; a complex of matter, held together by will or consciousness or whatever. Extinction is, I think, less rare than it seems. If the sun, for example has a sneeze at the exact moment we are in the way, poof we are all done. Currents, rays, particles, asteroids, not to mention the elements here on Earth wipe us out. To have our minds jumbled, scrambled by some-thing, anything is therefore really easy. Look to the sky when you think of someone who is less fortunate than you and be humble. Try Again to understand. Try to work it out and if it cannot be worked out there is no short cut. Murder creates absence where it would have been filled with a beating heart that could feel and bring joy, which is a huge thing when we are feeling so small. Please do not Murder.
