Candy corn - it tastes so yummy - it looks so festive - and when melted with some peanuts tastes just like a payday candy bar. Today we found a new use for candy corn, Math.....it was perfect. It was great for fine motor skills - there is no sticky mess so it alleviates sensory issues - and its perfect for our Halloween theme this month. He is such a visual learner that it really helped with the addition problems. Oh, and you can tell he is used to medical supplies - When I asked him to choose 4 things in his room to measure - this is what he came up with. No joke..Im telling you Id be at a loss if there was no Pinterest.
