Cane charge on Clerics condemned by MPJ: : Jammu, August 28: According to a press release issued to Sachnews Jammu Kashmir by ALL J&K MOVEMENT FOR PEACE & JUSTICE, Gole Gujral Road, Jammu ,MPJ has condemned the brutal Lathi-charge on clerical employees & urged upon the state government not to give step motherly treatment to the Clerical cadre & remove pay anomalies of Clerical cadre before election without any further delay. The members of All J&K Movement for Peace & Justice, Sh. Kuldeep Kumar Rao, Dr. G.S Charak, Sh. Om Raj Bhall & Sh. R.L Raina have jointly condemned the brutal Lathi-charge by the government on clerical employees who were peacefully protesting for removal of pay anomalies in the cadre. They strongly appealed the state government not to give step motherly treatment to Clerical cadre & immediately remove pay anomalies of clerical cadre without any further delay. They condemned the state government for deliberately betraying the clerical cadre employees by not fulfilling their genuine long pending demand of removal of pay anomalies. They further said that after 5th pay commission the pay scale of patwaries, teachers, medical assistants ’stock assistants, junior wool shepherds etc were upgraded from existing 3050-4910 grade to 4000-6000 grade but clerical cadre employees were deprived & a step motherly treatment is given to the Clerical cadre. They appealed the Chief Minister & Finance Minister to intervene personally to remove pay anomalies of clerical cadre before election without any further delay, so that the clerical cadre can also get justice.
