Canine cellmates looking for help! We have received approval - TopicsExpress

Canine cellmates looking for help! We have received approval from Fulton County Jail to put into place a group of program coordinators for our program. We are looking for volunteers to fill this position. We would like a consistent schedule of the same volunteers in the same time slots each week, if at all possible. You are certainly welcome to fill more than one slot. The essence of this position is that we would like to have 3 - 4 hour shifts, once or twice a day, 7 days a week, for a combined total of at least 30 hours per week. These persons will be at the annex with our guys, doing what they do and making sure that the activity schedule is being followed. In the event of short staffing on the part of security personnel, they would be allowed take the dogs out at the appointed times. They will be the eyes and ears of our program, and fill out a daily report, so that we are compiling information about where the areas for improvement lie in our program structure. Please let me know if you have an interest in helping us in this capacity, and are available to fill one or more shifts. I would like to meet, if at all possible, on Wednesday or Thursday evening with those that are available, to talk about a schedule. Please let me know if you are available during either of these times. I feel like this position is going to be a tremendous help in smoothing out the daily running of our program.
