Cannot believe what Ive just read on Facebook.. Someone saying that because a CONVICTED rapist, ched Evans has served his time he should have his job back :S.. Others commenting saying he may not be guilty. Its people like that which make me really angry and thats whats wrong with the justice system. People with the mindset youve done your time you should be able to live your life is totally wrong in my opinion. Maybe in some smaller cases. Yet rape effects people for the rest of there life. So why should a footballer be able to carry on with his all because hes sat in a jail cell for a few years. Its disgusting. The man has been found guilty by a jury of twelve. The evidence has to be proven beyond reasonable doubt that hes guilty of the crime before they can convict. Which obviously they found evidence to this or he wouldnt have been sent to prison. Or atleast would have won appeal. People with that mind set ought to be ashamed of themselves. Theres rape victims out there who are terrified of going out, punishing themselves, or are too scared to speak out because of that horrible crime. Yet some people think the man should be able to carry on with his life? Thats whats wrong with this world.
