So far I have collected from 19 different people from all walks of life, and have another 6 collections to do tomorrow morning. Weve distributed 3 MPV car loads to Charminster Food Bank/Crisis Centre, and another load is being delivered to the Womans Refuge tomorrow. I have no house, its full, and instead of helping the 2 charities, we are now able to help Hope For Food, Fernheath Play Association, Children living in Social Care, and Christchurch Food Bank/Crisis Centre, which stretch across 3 Boroughs. Its been a total shock and wake up call, to see how many desperate families and especially children, who are living below the poverty line, in our own town! Yesterday a wonderful lady contacted me from Wave 105, and donated a massive amount of brand new Toys, thanks to her and so many other kind hearted people, Christmas might just be a little bit easier for many families.
