Cant believe I spent all day yesterday in bed. Guess my body was telling me that I needed to rest. It was wonderful to realize that I didnt have to go anywhere...especially Hollings. The last 5-6 months have been taxing, to say the least. I am filled with gratitude for all your love & urging me to keep fighting. I dont know what the future holds, but am content to stay in the present moment. In a couple of months, I will go back in for a bunch of tests to see where I am...but for right now, I am going to concentrate on getting my strength back & going back to yoga practice, teaching on the weekends & peer group with the detox patients. Life is good today!
