Cant believe its almost a year since I wrote my first blog posts for Confident Rider. Ive just reread this one, and to be honest, not much has changed...I guess time flies when youre having fun {raising little people}. About a month ago, I gave myself an ultimatum to find a way to make horses a bigger priority in my life. I dont mean to sound melodramatic, but you all know how expensive and consuming the equestrian lifestyle is. If I cant make this work, I owe it to myself, my family and my horse to consider hanging up my boots. So, this is it. Over the weekend I moved Honi to new pastures closer to home! Im calling it Fit Camp for both horse and rider...maybe Ill have to post some before and after shots so you can keep me accountable.
