Cant end the year without posting a video... Here is a look at what training and being in the gym is all about... ...having fun. Improving fitness and training has a purpose... but it should all be fun and enjoyable. Thanks to the camera woman Sam Kimbrel and one of my sparring partners Derek Wright for taking my kicks... I apologize to your forearms again. I do realize a black belt would critique and rip my technique apart... but if you didnt notice, this was just a little fun after a good training session. And for you new year people reading this.... Smile more in the upcoming year. Create more moments.. Its not about the times we hold our breath... its about the moments that take our breath away. And whatever you did in the years before...2014 and back.. that didnt create happiness...what didnt work...what was fine and only good enough... Dont settle. Its time to let go of what was...and BECOME what is...
