Cant handle doctors offices or pharmacies anymore! Ive bn getting calls (along w/ my mom now) to schedule and apt 4 bells to see genetics, but everytime I call to schedule the secretary tells me they dont have her referral I have called 3 times now so the last time he told me this I said f it! I called her doc office again and had them refax the referral, obviously they got it if there calling me to make an apt for her Then her sleep study doc prescribed her 2 medications and electronically sent them over rite aid calls me to tell me one isnt covered by ins and they dont have a generic for it and the other needs permission from her doc? Um it was sent by her doc office?!?!? Point of this post Ive bn on the phone all day w/ docs n pharmacist, why cant anyone do their job right anymore? Tired of it!
