Cant sleep. The pain in my chest from my surgery to place the Hickman back into my chest is unbelievable but I refuse to move because Gabriel is in my arms. I have to will it away. I only get to hold him for 2 more nights before I go back to Johns Hopkins. I dont remember the Hickman hurting like this the first time but then again the doctors say this time around its hard to place it and the surgery is tougher. Somehow despite the pain i managed to go down a big enclosed slide at an Indoor play park because Gabriel begged and cried and I wasnt going to say mommy cant so I ignored the pain and had as much fun as I could. I will do that for the next 48 hours. Whatever he wants we will do. I will consider that I have no limits. I love this boy with all my heart.
