Cant stand these Clean Up The Mill people anymore. What disgust they bring to me. They go on about how Northern Pulp has slowed everything down in Pictou County - no if anything is slowed down its because of the bad publicity this group is giving Pictou County - with pictures of kids and gas masks and shit. Like give it up - I actually seen a woman posting on there asking them about moving around this area but with what shes been seeing from that group shes wondering if she should move closer to Antigonish or just further away all together! This is what this group is doing to us! Trenton Works spews just as much poison out as NP, if not worse - but just because we cant see it -they dont go on about it - because theyre just so misinformed and uneducated. Like the blind leading the blind. They post the same about five articles that they think are credible, and thats their story. I can NOT BELIEVE the words of Jane Sproull Thomson’s of calling the mill workers pretty much uneducated, dirty low lives with at best a high school education. Like, who does this group of people actually think they are? I think they need to get a life, and stop harassing the hard working people of Pictou County. I wonder what their night would be like tonight, if their family had to sit down at their kitchen table and talk about what they were going to do because theyre pension, or welfare, or whatever they live off of (because clearly it isnt working) was going to be taken away this very night and tomorrow they would have absolutely no income. Because thats what theyre setting up many families for in Pictou County. They say its because they want clean air for their children, and they say theyre sick, and their children are sick, and the stench makes them not be able to breathe and makes them and their family literally vomit because its poison - come on people, if there was something that bad around where I was living and I was really as concerned about my child/children as you all claim to be - Id pack her up and move. If there were pesticides, or spills of some kind going into the water, or something going on around me that made me physically sick to my stomach and made me and my child legit vomit every day like you guys claim, Id move and Im sure you would too. Liess, lies and more lies. Gettt a lifeeee people, all youre doing is bringing Pictou County down with you. I for one like living here, and wish to continue to do so, with my family as a whole, not working else where, where the pollution is even worse. Anyone who knows me knows Im all up for standing up for a cause, and what you believe in - but not if youre going to be a hypocrite about it. I dont see anyone from this group pitching a tent, and living off the land. I wouldnt rescue a dog, and then turn around and beat one. I wouldnt protest for the cleanup of Northern Pulp emissions but then drive my car to the protest. I wouldnt complain how sick and twisted the government is to keep Northern Pulp open and then smoke a cigarette while I complain of the cancer causing toxins spewing out of Northern Pulp. Seriously about to lose my shit with them, these are peoples jobs and livelihoods on the line!
