Dont forget its rake free from 7-9pm at Grosvenor Walsall Card Room, with what has seen a regular gathering of omaha players the last few nights & possibly the birth of a £1/2 NLH Cash Game. Could this be the Rebirth of Walsall back on the scene for cash games, certainly been the place for early starting cash games on the weekdays, with rake free from 4-7pm & a double barreled Promotion, £1,000 giveaway for the highest hand of the week & entry into a £15,000 tournament in February as long as you have played the minimum of 50 hours over 12 weeks, top 50 players gaining entry free & the rest getting a discounted entry. Also lets not forget the loyalty card point system, which gives a favorable rake-back in points, one of the best ive seen in years . Shame they dont promote this more. Now one thing this promotion has proven, it does not matter how poorly a card room is run, the players still keep playing there. But maybe its time for acceptance ? maybe we are never going to get around the Birmingham area, a perfect card room, lol. So on with Poker & Improving standards.
