Cant wait to see my girls Mercy Omambia && Katherine L March bright and early. 7AM 5-miler pre-race-time thought-process equals stretching thru some yoga sequences, lots of hydration, pre-meals (not heavy at all) that are low in protein and fiber but high in a mixture of both high-glycemic and complex carbohydrates to provide the body with both an immediate supply of energy and also a more prolonged source of slow and steady energy. Cant forget those electrolytes and also eating the right amount and kind of healthy fat.
