#CapitalNewsBit The doctor accused of neglecting a pregnant mother leading to her death has been granted bail. Dr Christopher Bingi has appeared before Mukono Chief Magistrate Joy Bakugunza who granted him a cash bail of Shs.750,000. His sureties included Julius Mukwano the head teacher Mukono High School, Denis Mugisha, a dental officer at Mukono Health Center Four and one David Serunjogi. Hearing of the case has been adjourned to 13th November 2013 after prosecution informed court that investigations are still ongoing. Dr Bingi is accused of neglecting Florence Nakamya, leading to her death. He committed the offence on the 19th of October this year.
