Capoeira class you are invited at BrazilianCenter Sacramento SATURDAY CLASS 1pm to 3pm we will drum for Paul Saara Burga samba class ffrom 12noon to 1:30pm Capoeira schedule: 5 minutes, students will stretch and do DOIN - an Oriental massage SELF TREAT;. 5 minutes, students will drum with Berimbau/ pandeiro; 10 minutes, students will sing capoeira songs; 10 minutes, students will warm up doing basics Capoeira movements, like ginga, meia lua and cocorinha ; 5 min, students will do cardio-vacular exercises: run and jump;. 10 minutes, students will partner up and ractice capoeira sequences from number 1 to 8; 15 minutes, at the end of the class all the students will participate in Capoeira roda – they will gather in the circle, two students will enter the circle and perform what they have learned while students remaining in the circle will sing songs and drum.
