Captains log: day 4 stuck on the couch. In spite of todays set backs my spirits are high and my outlook optimistic. My body is still in total mutiny. It has been years since a sickness this bad has taken hold of me. I have unleashed the secret ingredients of Dayquil and Mucinex, but even they seem powerless to help. I can only hope that with further rest and prayer that the wind will again be in my sails and the oceans in my favor. Somewhere beyond this couch is a land free of sickness.....
