Captains log, star date 11404.14. This is Captain Sarissa of the USS Katana. I have just come aboard my newest vessel, and have toured her from stem to stern. I have also met with Commander Korith, my Klingon first officer, as well as commander Shimazu,a most logical human, as my second and chief tactical officer. This is likely the smallest ship I have ever commanded, but shes fast and well-equipped for any situation. I find my quarters small and spartan, which is perfect for a Vulcan officer such as myself, and will no doubt serve the rest of my crew very well. Our orders have been to go to the Romulan neutral zone where we will be patrolling until further orders are received. The ship and her crew are ready for our maiden voyage. I am proud to command this vessel and to serve with some of the finest officers in the fleet. Helm: set a course for the Romulan neutral zone, warp 6, and engage. Helm: Aye, sir.
