Capture # 838 yesterday was Ben. Ben had a warrant again for traffic tickets. He did not pay the court on some cases but I am glad to see he was taking care of other things in his life including his children. I have arrested Ben in the past and he always cooperates and I hope he gets this behind him. Capture # 839 is Gregory. This lets say idiot gets arrested for two counts of elderly abuse on a vulnerable person. he misses court does not pay the bondman and never appears to fill out his paperwork. (two felony warrants issued) Apparently he was kicking the crap out of his wheel chair bound mother and sick father. (neighbors and report verified this information) Score one for us as we had to force entry through the front door as he ran from us into a hail of pepper balls from Agent Freeman covering the back. In addition I could not get the rear slider door open and I kicked it to get to my teammates who were dealing with him in the rear yard. Kevin and Brett and Todd Fahn(on camera) did an amazing job in getting this nut job off the street. He was high as a kite and who knew what chaos he would cause next.
