That’s right, all around NYC carriage horses seem to be winning the vote! Now let’s make sure that NYC city council members know how you feel about NYC carriage horses in case there ever comes a time they’re going to vote on a bill to ban them! NYCLASS claims the bill will be introduced by the end of the year, although it’s the third time they’ve extended this supposed deadline. Mayor DeBlasio promised the carriage horses would be banned his first day in office, nearly a year ago. Let’s keep things going the way they have been for those horses, their drivers, and the tourists who love them!
