Automotive industry experience is a plus but is not necessary. Have solid work history that is verifiable. Starting pay is $10.00 - $14.00 per hour (50 hour work week) Paid Overtime. Many advancement opportunities available with potential for monthly bonuses. MANAGEMENT POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints. Ensure car wash quality standards. Manage overall vehicle flow and production in car wash and lube operation. Ensure car wash and lube compliance with all government standards. Conduct on-going safety training and meetings. Perform opening and closing duties. Maintain inventory of chemicals, towels, etc. Recruit and hire car wash and lube staff. Train all car wash and lube employees according to the Car Spa certification process. Ensure Service Advisors and Lube Greeters achieve customer satisfaction and average ticket goals. Asses performance and skills of all car wash lube employees. Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action to employees as needed to maintain standards and improve performance. Conduct 30-day and annual performance evaluations for all car wash and lube employees. Schedule employees according to the staffing model. Monitor hourly to ensure labor goals are met. Achieve profiability goals. Maintain accurate records and reporting. Perform all essential duties and responsibilities as outlined on the job description for all car wash and lube employees. WORKING CONDITIONS: All work is done outdoors in all types of weather. Safety is a prime concern due to the constant traffice movement. You must be alert and work safely around moving vehicles. Lube Manager - $10.00 - $14.00 (Depending on Qualifications) plus bonus ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform upper and lower standardized work for all services offered in the Lube Center. Perform emission services in accordance with State laws and regulations. Maintain Facility Follow safety rules and procedures in accordance with OSHA and Car Spa policies and procedures. Train and certify new Lube and Emission Technicians. Ensure customer satisfication. Answer questions that customers may have about the services offered by Car Spa. WORKING CONDITIONS: All work is done in service bay environment in all types of weather. Safety is a prime concern due to the constant traffice movement and potentially hazardous environment. You must be alert, move safely around, moving vehicles and use caution when performing emission and lube center services. You are required to enter and/or reach all areas of any type of vehicle. You must constantly bend, reach, stoop and stretch. Must follow company policy for wearing protective gear (i.e., safety goggles, bump cap, burn gloves, ear protections, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS: Mandatory - Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume Automotive Center. Mandatory - Must pass preliminary automotive exam provided by Car Spa. Quick Lube experience. Customer Service Experience Willing to become licensed State Inspector.
