Car story today--So there is this like 1/2 plastic strip that forms a solid seal between the window and the outside console where the wipers are. So I head on down to see what is cooking with this strip as mine is cracked in 2 places with a small hole already in one, but it does not leak in the car--must be an inner seal. So the guy looks at it and says, it is all one part--the console and the seal and there is a left one and a right one, see and I saw it, and would need both as the cracks are one on each side. I said OK, how much and he said 90 bucks per console and 80 bucks labor. and I went thats over 250 and all in need is a damn strip that fits on the outside and he said, plus taxes. So I came home, showed it to Caroline and we went into the house and put down real neat with no creases that clear, transparent boxing tape--took about 7 for each spot and unless you look, cant tell. and as we proudly stared at it, I said, well, lol I guess that makes up official Mississippi folks :)
