Card of the day: Four of Swords Meaning: When this card shows up, it is time for some personal downtime. A bit of time to regain lost energy and find some strength again. It may be because of the overwhelming demands and stress that has built up, the need to get away from it all. This card shows us that we need to take a breather from everything and recover from all that ails you. It may show a need to get away from everyone for a bit, at least until you can get back on your feet. My thoughts: It is really a good time to take a break, you need it. Just take a hour, or a day, to recollect your thoughts and regain the strength you lost due to the demands made of you by the stuff around you. Take some time to get a quick breather to get back on track and have the strength to continue the grind with renewed vigor. Settle down with a good book or just take a nap, maybe even meditate for a little bit to some relaxing music, or take a lone hot bath/shower. A little R&R will go a long way even if it may not seem like it.
