Cardinals shutout Indianapolis Metropolitan 7-0 at home Wednesday evening! Craig Heyob, the Cardinals top score, scores his first hat trick. The Cardinals speedy striker scored 1 of his goals in the first half along with Brady Gray giving the Cardinals a 2-0 lead at half time. Heyob scored his 2nd and 3rd goal early in the second half before being placed in at goalie. Also scoring in the second half for the Cardinals were Charlie Stiens, Santiago Velandia and Cliff Dickman. Velandia led the Cardinals with 3 assists, and 1 each from Stiens, Dickman, Nolan Hannah and Tony Miller. Cardinals are off to their best season ever with 5 wins. The Cardinals record goes to 5-2-1. Their next match is Thursday at Miami Valley. GO CARDINALS!!
