This will increase the intensity of your training by increasing your work load. Making the body work that little bit harder by increasing your heart rate and load you will burn more calories, improve leg strength and eventually running speed on flat courses. 2/ The more you move the more you lose. Take your hands off when using the treadmill pump your arms and engage your sense of balance. You will use more core and burn more calories. 3/ Start Stop! Use interval training to ramp up your fitness in a short period of time and increase the intensity of your work outs and gain maximum results in a short period of time.
