Cardio first or strength? Wondering what workout you should start with? First you need to determine what your goals are. Both are equally important when doing a fitness routine but if you are aiming to trim down do your cardio in the first part of your workout. This will amp up your metabolism and have you burning more cal. During your weight lifting! If you are aiming for definition switch it around!
