Cardio is one of the most important things it your workout, is very important for your vascular system. Jump rope to me is one of the BEST cardio exercises because you burn twice as much calories jumping rope then any other cardio exercise. Jump rope contributes to a full body workout. I also included a push/pull freestanding handstand push-up. I did handstand push-ups wider then normal to include both my shoulder muscles & back muscles in the exercise, thats why I did them off the table, to go lower an get more resistance from my body on the push motion, I also did them very slow with a short pause between each rep.
