Care Assistant Exciting opportunity for Care Assistants to work flexible hours with a client on a one to one basis. £8.98 - £13.47 per hour. Gartcosh. Advantage Healthcare has been entrusted with the care of a 35 year old gentleman who has a severe acquired brain injury. He has been living in the community with the help of our dedicated healthcare team since April of this year. We have an opportunity for Care Assistants to join our team caring for this gentleman. You will work alongside other Care Assistants and a Nurse to ensure our client can live as independently as possible. Our client has a PEG for feeds and medication and is non verbal in his communication. He has a catheter in situ and requires bowel management. Our client also requires monitoring for any seizure activity. Due to the location of the role, it is essential that applicants have access to their own transport and are willing to travel throughout the local area.
