Career Advantage is seeking welders and fitters for a Structural and Specialty Steel Fabricating company in New Brighton, Pa. Employees work second shift until their seniority gets them to day turn. The hourly rates range from $14.25 - $17.00. Employee Benefits Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield 100% Employer paid. Life and Short Term Disability 100% Employer paid. Dental Insurance for employee only 100% employer paid. 401k Profit Sharing Plan - 10% Profit Sharing Contribution each pay whether employee defers or not. Contractual Bonus Plan based on profits. Our normal practice is fifty hour week, for most of the year. Afternoon turn works 10 hour days. Day turn works five 9 hour days and 5 hours on Saturday.
