Career Coaching – FREE (Normally costs between £50-£350 per session) This year we are pleased to have organised with the UEL Post Graduate Career Coaching Programme free 1-1 career coaching aimed at RDBS students. 1. Do you want to discuss things which happen in your working life and find solutions? 2. Would you like to move on a decision but don’t know how 3. Do you need help with motivation and confidence 4. Do you need help with the interviewing process 5. Are you having difficulty with identifying your unique strengths for potential employers 6. Are cross cultural issues impeding your success. These and many more are the types of decisions and quandaries where career coaching can be helpful. The Details: Dates: 1. Thursday 10th October 2. Thursday 31st October 3. Thursday 21st November Sessions at 10am and 11am Each session is 45 minutes Based at the Stratford Campus Coaches: The coaches are 2nd year Career Coaching students who are in the masters coaching programme so are already experienced coaches. Several have substantial business background. How does career coaching work? 1. The sessions will enable you to find your own solutions to making the changes you want. 2. We begin by identifying what you want to get from your coaching. By being clear about your goals, we can measure your progress with them. 3. Once your goals have been agreed we get on with helping you to meet them. We ask if you sign up that you commit to attending as these graduate students are giving up their time to be there.
