Career Opportunity Technical Support Engineer Petra Engineering Industries Co.; a market leader in the design and manufacture of high quality commercial and industrial HVAC equipment; seeks to hire Technical Support Engineer with the following: Duties and Responsibilities: Study received inquiries including the projects technical specifications, schedules & drawings. Perform needed analysis to select the most appropriate units to the client requirements. Prepare technical and financial proposals that suite the needed requirements. Prepare job orders to the factory with the needed coordination between the sales and production departments. Control transmittals and communications with the factory different departments efficiently to guarantee smooth handling of work. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering. At least 1 year of Experience in related field. Very Good English Command; Writing, Reading and Conversation. Excellent Computer skills especially MS Excel. Very Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills. Able to plan, organize and prioritize workload, Able to work under pressure. Able to Learn & Develop.
