Coordinator Arc of Acadiana US-LA-Lafayette & New Iberia JOB DESCRIPTION Under the general supervision of the Director, provides training, assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in supported living situations. The Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of support services are provided at satisfactory levels. This person will coordinate all support services that will directly provide for opportunities that will increase the competency of each person served, to do things for himself/herself, to the extent possible. This will be accomplished through regular weekly contact and on-going documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Ability to learn various tasks, work independently and work a flexible work schedule Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have dependable and insured transportation Strong oral and written communication skills Basic computer skills Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
