The ideal candidate should have a Masters degree with minimum 5 years of teaching experience at a Higher Secondary Schools level, alongside a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the field of education. The incumbent should be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong focus on classroom issues at the Higher Secondary level. S/he must have strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and communication skills.
