In line with our business expansion, we are now seeking for highly motivated, disciplined, caring and talented individuals in the following specialties to join our team. 1. RADIOLOGIST Requirements: Must be registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) & National Specialist Register. At least 5 years post specialisation experience. Experience or interest in musculoskeletal imaging would be of benefit. Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and Medical Indemnity Certificates. To submit 3 references. 2. RADIOGRAPHERS Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging. Preferable with at least 2 years working experience in related field. Able to perform MRI and skilled in orthopaedic X-rays. Fresg gradues are also encouraged Proficient in both spoken and written ENGLISH. 3. STAFF NURSES Requirements: Certified and Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board with valid APC. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in multi-discipline ward, Operating Theatre or ICU/CCU. Preferable with post basic in Orthopaedic, ICU or OT. 4. SECRETARY/PA Responsibilities: Provide general secretarial support to Directors. Provide ad-hoc project support as assigned by Directors. To perform general administrative & clerical duties & to handle Front Office To prepare internal and external correspondences. Taking minutes of meetings. To provide smooth and efficient administration support for all departments to cope with the business needs. Handling visitors, logistic arrangement/correspondence, i.e. air ticket, meeting, hotel, Conference Room usage, etc. Requirements: At least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights and should be Malaysian citizen. Required language(s): English, Bahasa alaysia, Mandarin & Chinese Dialect. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields is required. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive. Own Transport. Full-Time position. 5. FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANTS Responsibilities (on-job training provided): Managing all front office activities which include but not limited to: Attending all incoming calls and correspondence appropriately and courteously. Managing all activities regarding patients’ registration, billing, discharging, and payment collection. Handle general enquiries regarding surgery, insurance claim and any other services provided by the Company. Performing basic clerical and administrative duties. Performing ad hoc duties as and when required. Requirements: Minimum SPM/Diploma in any discipline. Experience in International Hotel/Hospital would be an added advantage. Strong Knowledge in Computer (Access, Word, Excel). Possess good interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels of people Proficient in both spoken and written ENGLISH Pleasant and friendly personality, good telephone etiquette, customer oriented attributes and high level of initiatives Able to work independently, resourceful and results oriented Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
