Caregiver for special needs children (21 and under) who require personal care (bathing, feeding, toileting, etc.) in their homes all over Brevard. The hours vary based on the needs of the client (early morning, daytime, afternoons, weekends, holidays). You must have at least one year experience in the medical, psychiatric, nursing or childcare field or have 1 year experience working with someone with a developmental disability (autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, etc.). College can suffice for the experience (30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours or 720 classroom hours). You will need to get an AHCA background check, first aid, CPR and bloodborne pathogens. We will give you a list of these things and how to get them accomplished quickly. Paid as an independent contractor at $10.50 per hour. Email resume to kathy@hpotentials.
